Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and project details when you fill in our contact form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp. You may also send us files such as logos, artwork or site photos.
- Usage information: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and how long people stay. This uses cookies and does not identify you by name.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To design, produce and install the signage and branding you order, and to arrange site visits and delivery.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to deliver our services, for example with our website host and email provider, or with Google when you use embedded Google Maps or reviews on our pages. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them securely.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@brightsignagehub.co.ke or call +254 707 420 483.
